Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using AJ247 Studios services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

2. Services

AJ247 Studios provides videography, photography, and media production services. Specific terms for individual projects will be outlined in separate project agreements.

3. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, AJ247 Studios retains copyright and ownership of all creative work until full payment is received. Upon payment, licensing terms will be specified in the project agreement.

4. Payment Terms

By engaging the services of AJ247 Studios, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Booking Deposit
    A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total service fee is required to secure any booking.
  2. Confirmation of Booking
    Bookings are only considered confirmed once the required deposit has been received and acknowledged by AJ247 Studios.
  3. Payment of Remaining Balance
    The remaining 70% of the total fee must be paid in full prior to or on the day of the scheduled service, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  4. Accepted Payment Methods
    Payments shall be made using the methods specified on the AJ247 Studios website or as otherwise agreed in writing.
  5. Invoices and Receipts
    Upon request, AJ247 Studios may issue an invoice or receipt. All such documents are provided as non-tax invoices and do not include VAT or any other applicable taxes.
  6. Non-Refundable Deposit Policy
    The initial 30% deposit is strictly non-refundable, including in the event of cancellation by the client.
  7. Rescheduling
    Requests to reschedule a booking may be considered at the sole discretion of AJ247 Studios and are subject to availability and adequate notice.
  8. Late or Outstanding Payments
    Failure to make payments in accordance with these terms may result in the suspension or cancellation of services, and/or withholding of deliverables until full payment is received.
  9. Delivery of Services
    All final deliverables, including but not limited to photographs and video content, will be released only after full payment has been received.
  10. Acceptance of Terms
    By making a booking or any form of payment, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.

5. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation terms vary by project type and will be outlined in your project agreement. Deposits may be non-refundable depending on the circumstances.

6. Limitation of Liability

AJ247 Studios liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
